The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared invalid the Law of Ukraine "On Purchase of Commodities, Labour and Services for Public Funds".
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is also commissioned to:
secure conduct of the procedures of purchase of commodities, labour and services for public funds, which started prior to the said declaration, due to the Temporary Statement on Purchase of Commodities, Labour and Services for Public Funds;
submit the Bill on Purchase of Commodities, Labour and Services for Public Funds for parliamentary consideration within a fortnight.
